Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, all products must be returned in their original and unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been both opened or worn. Items must be returned with the seal still intact. For unwanted items; you must return them within 14 days of receiving the item.

In the unusual event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged we will exchange or refund the item(s) for you. If you receive a faulty/damaged item you must notify us within 7 days.

Before you make any returns. You must first contact customercare@lahiralashes.com for further details. 

Our lashes are handmade with love and care, which means each lash can have a minor difference from the other. Please note this is not a fault but a part of the unique lash creation by our employees.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

                                             REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return has been received and inspected by us (Lahira Lashes), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days (UK).

 

                             LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

In the event you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@lahiralashes.com.

 

                                         EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify our customer service team on customercare@lahiralashes.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will then provide you with the next steps if an exchange is applicable.

If an exchange is applicable, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that when sending the parcel you also request for proof of postage from the post office you will be sending it from.

Lahira Lashes do not pay returns postage unless an item is the wrong item or faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
